LAUNCH FROM THE LADY LEX

Richard's dramatic drawing takes us to the heart of the action on 20 February 1942 as O'Hare's Wildcat is seen hurtling off the deck of the USS Lexington prior to the combat that would lead to his Medal of Honor. The original has been faithfully reproduced as high-quality giclée fine art prints on archival paper, each personally signed by the artist, hand numbered and mounted to full conservation standards.

LIBERATION - SAINTE MÈRE ÉGLISE, JUNE 1944

For nearly four years, the swastika had flown belligerently over the small town of Sainte Mere Eglise in Normandy. Suddenly, shortly after midnight on the night of 5/6th June 1944, parachutists from the 82nd Airborne Division began landing in and around the town.
