BEFORE THE STORM

To commemorate the legendary exploits of the AVG, Jim Dietz, one of America’s most talented aviation artists, has created BEFORE THE STORM, a powerful painting depicting the Flying Tigers operating their Curtis P-40s in Burma. Sharing their rugged airstrip with a squadron of RAAF Brewster Buffalos, the AVG prepares to launch a hurried take-off to intercept yet another incoming Japanese air raid.

THE BATTLE OF CAMBRAI, NOVEMBER 1917

Few images could capture the sense of occasion that morning than Keith’s haunting painting. With this graphic depiction of the desolation found on the mud-soaked battlefield of Cambrai, he superbly portrays the crews of two Mark IV tanks of ‘C’ Battalion Tank Corps, supported by elements of the Essex Regiment and the Canadian 5th Cavalry Division, capturing a brief respite from the fighting near a fortified position known as ‘Bleak House’ on the first morning of the battle.

SKY TROOPERS

Widely regarded as one of the foremost pencil artists in the aviation art industry, Richard has created this inspiring drawing to add to his growing repertoire. Already internationally renowned for his stunning depictions of WW1 and WW2 scenes, he has excelled with this stunning piece, unbelievably his first-ever composition of Hueys in Vietnam.

FIRST TO LAND

Simon’s dramatic work serves as a tribute to all those who took part in the Normandy campaign, and in particular the elite band of French Commandos who landed at Sword Beach on that fateful morning.
