DESERT VICTORY - A MASTERWORK DRAWING

Commissioned to honor the memory of Lt Col Avraham 'Avi' Lanir, one of the Israeli Air Force's most respected commanders, Robert Taylor's sensational working drawing is the original conception behind his outstanding painting ONE MiG DOWN - and is signed by no less than SIX JET DOUBLE ACES!

DESERT WARRIOR

As with many of Robert's early and long sold-out editions, the prints have been signed by an astonishing collection of Luftwaffe veterans which is now impossible to replicate. Included is the legendary Eduard Neumann himself, along with Aces who flew in combat with him in the Western Desert, creating a historic collector's piece that is destined to become an instant classic.

DESERT WARRIOR - THE MATTED COLLECTOR'S EDITION

DESTINATION BERLIN

The acute attention to detail, including such elements as the white bicycle belonging to Staff Sergeant Joe Urice, would not have been possible without the direct input of leading historians and members of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the 100th Bomb Group Foundation, 100thbg.com. By officially endorsing the edition it creates a remarkable and lasting collector's piece to be cherished for future generations.

DESTINATION TOKYO

Specially commissioned to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Doolittle Tokyo Raid in support of the James H. Doolittle Education Fund, Anthony's inspirational painting portrays the dramatic moment that Lt Col Jimmy Doolittle lifts his B-25 off the pitching deck of the USS Hornet. Having timed his launch to perfection he climbs steeply away, ready to adjust his compass bearing for a direct line to Tokyo. On the sodden deck behind him the crews of the remaining 15 aircraft, whose engines are warmed, ready and turning, will quickly follow their commanding officer into the murky sky.

DESTINY DAWNS

In his stunning drawing Richard brings to life events at one of those airfields in the dwindling hours leading up to their departure for destiny. The scene is set at RAF Upottery in Devon as men of the U.S. 101st Airborne Division's famous 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment begin to assemble alongside the C-47s of the 439th Troop Carrier Group that will carry them to Normandy as part of Operation Albany - the seizure of the causeways leading to Utah beach before securing the area closest to Omaha beach.

DEVASTATING STRIKE

Mosquito Mk.VIs from 143 Squadron, part of the famous Banff Strike Wing, come under intense defensive fire whilst delivering a blistering strike on a pair of large enemy ships off the Norwegian coast in early 1945. Their salvo of rockets, however, will likely be enough to penetrate the ships' hulls.

DEVOTION TO DUTY

A Lancaster from 61 Sqn, heavily damaged by German night-fighter attacks, heads to Dusseldorf during a bombing mission on the night of 3 November 1943. Although badly wounded, pilot Bill Reid and his crew pressed on to bomb their target before returning home. For his courage and devotion to duty Reid was awarded the Victoria Cross.
